Spearmint & Lemongrass Oxymel 🌿
A tasty herbal oxymel recipe that offers digestive support.
This is one of my favorite oxymel recipes! Spearmint and lemongrass are both so tasty and offer digestive support. Below is a step-by-step recipe, printable, and video tutorial!
An oxymel is an herbal preparation combining vinegar, honey, and herbs. It's commonly used for its medicinal properties and can be taken orally or topically. The acidic nature of vinegar helps extract the beneficial compounds from the herbs, while honey adds sweetness and helps preserve the mixture.
This spearmint and lemongrass oxymel is perfect for hot summer days. Spearmint is cooling and rejuvenating, and lemongrass is rich in antioxidants and offers digestive support. The two herbs complement each other well and make a flavorful oxymel.
