Chia Spiced Moon Milk
Ingredients
16 oz milk, I use oat milk
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
pinch of black pepper
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of clove powder
1/4 tsp ashwagandha powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
Instructions:
Bring the milk to a simmer in a small saucepan. Once heated, remove from the heat and set aside.
Add the chia spices, vanilla extract, and optional sweetener.
Mix well and pour into two mugs.
Enjoy warm. Top with a dusting of cinnamon or whipped cream.
